New ownership has compromised on the formula that made this awesome. My family has come to Pho Kim since we moved to Alexandria in 2015. It’s our rainy day tradition. And now we may never come again. They’ve watered down the Saracha, changed the rice noodles, got rid of the reusable chop sticks. All I know is it’s not as good as it used to be. I’m sad that they did this cause we loved this place

I know what pho should taste like and this is the most bland pho. They give you small portions and broth has no flavor. Summer rolls are even worse. Sauce has too much fish sauce and it’s disgusting. Go to Saigon City, Pho 75 or Viet house instead. Front desk person doesn’t speak unless spoken to, bad customer service. Not coming back.

I had a small pho chin with extra meat and two orders of goi cuon (summer rolls) for take out. Pho was tasty but I’ve had better goi cuon. They were very friendly and I will definitely try again!

Called in an order for phó. When I picked it up, I asked for extra sauce(dark color). The lady went in the back with the sauce,came back and handed it to me. The sauce was lighter then normal because she added water. I asked her about adding water and she quickly said she didn’t. I left the sauce on the counter and I will NEVER order from them again. Check your sauces

Waited WAY too long for a VERY simple order. Boba drink looked NOTHING like the photo (got the “brown sugar” tea one.) There was NO brown at ALL & Hardly ANY flavor…just mildly sweet milk. VERY disappointing for a drink that costs more than a SB Vente Latte! The egg rolls were just nasty & the noodles were a giant blob. Just saaaad. Good thing, the spring rolls are good.
