Good stuff. We were seated right away. All the food was fresh and hot. Appetizers came out fast. Staff was super friendly. Burgers were tender and cooked right. Loved the fries as well. They are also unlimited!!! We all had 2 rounds of fries haha. The chicken was also suprisingly good considering it is a burger place. Onion rings and fried pickels were great. The sauce that comes with is so awesome. Prices also very reasonable. We will be back for sure

Ok burgers for a chain, overall good but the service was at best average, they are definitely short staffed and some of the items on the menu was not available. The burger looked like it was thrown together by a 10 year old in the back…..

This was my second time at this restaurant the first time I went the experience was mediocre the food was good but that was all. So I decided to give it another try. However, this time I can honestly say I will never come back to this restaurant. We came at 11:30 am for an early lunch and from the very beginning the customer service was atrocious. There wasn’t many people there but we still had to wait for someone to greet us and to be seated. When we were led to the table our server took our drink orders and appetizers. This was when the trouble started, the server had an attitude like she didn’t want to be there, and didn’t answer our questions very well about the menu.

What a terrible restaurant. I love Red Robin but never go to this one. First of all it’s falling apart. Our table was so bad we had to move down and then the people that came in right after sat at another table and asked to move for the same reason but their table looked like it was gonna fall over! Ordered root beer floats and they bring us half full glasses of root beer but no ice cream as the bar apparently has to bring us the ice cream…? Well they didn’t and the Aires’s finally brings the other half of the root beer without a word or an apology she plops them on the table and heads off to another table. Food wasn’t really bad though, just a little cold but the issue here is not the food, it’s most definitely the service or lack there of.
