Went thru drive thru. Person working drive-thru was sick. We didn’t get straws for the three drinks we got. Both crunch wraps had hardly any meat on them. The quesadilla had hardly any steak on it. I don’t think we will be returning again.

Staff was very courteous. Night Manager re-opened the lobby door so that I could order inside via kiosk (I drive a big-rig….can’t exactly fit that thru the drive-thru…..). Food was hot, fresh, and above & beyond delicious. I know those kiosks are knocking someone out of a job opening, but I really enjoyed being able to see pictures of just what I should receive from what I ordered. Plus, the options to customize each item in loads of ways I’d never considered made this a “knocked-it-out-of-the-park” experience.

Why is the lobby closed all the time? When you look inside you see employees standing around. The drive thru line is long and all I want to do is go in with my family sit down and have a meal. Well guess I won’t be eating there. I wonder how many people have left because of that. I suggest getting someone that knows how to manage the place with the doors unlocked.
