Bought a sandwich for lunch to take out. The sandwich was excellent and included with it was half a kosher pickle and the choice of a garden salad or pasta salad, probably two cups or more in size. I chose the pasta salad and it came topped with a nice dressing. I shared lunch with a friend and it was more than enough for both of us with pasta salad left over. I shall be returning! You can dine in or take out.

Their pasta salad with the homemade ranch is worth coming here.. on top of that, the sandwiches are delicious and the family that runs it are great people. A big sandwich and pasta salad is only $10!! One of the best delis in East County, in my opinion.

I ordered a build-your-own breakfast sandwich with no meat with butter plus paid an additional $2 for avocado to be added. I received a sandwich with avocado and butter, no eggs. Thick layer of butter with a thin layer of avocado between two pieces of bread.

I gave this deli a 3 star rating due to customer service. The food is great but I feel the service could have been better. The lady taking payment was fine but the one in charge of making the sandwiches wouldn’t serve the BLT because they didn’t “have enough bacon” and seemed to be bothered that we ordered because “there was a big order” she needed to take care of.
