Good food! Sandwiches were unfortunately very small in size for their price. Great soup that stayed burning hot the whole meal, which is very different from what I am accustomed to when order a soup from other restaurants.

So disappointed. My mother walked in a little after 5pm to get two sandwiches and a salad. Whoever was closing yesterday told my mother that THE KITCHEN WAS CLOSED. Y’all don’t close until 6pm but your kitchen is closed? They said “we just put everything away.” I’ve never seen this kinda laziness ever.

Food was great. So expensive tho. Only problem is an employee came from the back and was wiping sweat from his forehead and wiping it in his clothes and was picking his nails. Gross!! He then went back into the food area where they were making the food and continued to wipe the sweat all over his face. We never saw him wash his hands. I’ve never been so disgusted in my life. I have a gift card that I won’t be using because I’m not coming back.

Great customer service. Super fast and friendly. The classic ham sandwich was delicious. The split soup wasn’t as good as I remember, but the sandwich more than made up for it. I got my sandwich without cheese, but normally it comes with cheese.

I was waited on by David at Beaverton Honey Baked Ham today. I was very disappointed by the service, mostly his attitude. I was asking questions about the product & bone-in whole, half, quarter ham prices vs boneless pressed hams. David had no patience or knowledge of the product – he only knew the dollar number on each ham. He pulled out a quarter bone-in ham & said $62.64. As I was deciding & weighing options he said “do you want this ham or not”? Needless to say I was shocked any server would talk to a customer like that. I ask to look at the ham & he said we don’t do that. That may be a new policy – I have been shown the ham before without asking. When spending $62 on a 5 lb ham it seems appropriate to be able to ponder the options without encountering an impatience server with an attitude. I love Honey Baked ham but will Never go to this store again.

My lunch order was quickly prepared. And the large sandwich had thick-cut flavorful meat with their savory mayonnaise and mustard, which were a great touch. I took my order to go but in my few minutes of waiting for my sandwich, I found the seating area to be relaxing and quiet.
