Went to Subway today 7.24.2023 The girl behind the counter was very rude like she didn’t want to wait on us. She stayed in the back for a while then came out and says WHAT DO YOU WANT! I give her my order. She acts like she didn’t want to make the sub. I ask for extra pickles she gives 4 I ask for extra pickles please she adds 3 more. I gave up. Next sub same thing less pickles. While rolling her eyes the whole time. Then mumbling under her breathe. I had to say…If you don’t like you your job maybe you should quit! While paying yes i did say this lady is really acting like a B—-. She gets the money then starts calling me all kinds of F——-B—– and MF B—— and saying i need to get out of the store F—–B—–. I am completely disturbed by this and definitely will never go back to this store again. Something needs to be done about this ASAP.

i want to preface this with the fact that i have been working in the service industry for over 10 years and i hope the people working here are okay emotionally. i came in with a good attitude and was trying to be kind and intended on leaving a tip and having a nice little lunch in here! i did not end up eating here because the service was so rude. i asked for extra olives and she literally put 4 olives on my sandwich. i told her i would pay more i just want extra olives and she charged me $1 for 4 more olives. i have never left a one star review for anything in my life but the way i was just treated in this subway actually made me walk out. incredibly rude, stingy, and inhospitable. i hope this place gets shut down so no one ever has to eat here!

I’ve been avoiding subway since they went”woke” but Moe’s closed and Chipotle wasn’t open so I tried this cause I was hungry, Store looks nice with the recent update, girl employee was ok, but i needed to use the restroom before I left and they were locked, I asked for a key and she told me t they don’t work! Give me a break! Never again at this location.

“Sandwich artist” was darn close to rude—it was as though we were really putting her out by being there. No exchanging of pleasantries, in spite of our greetings. No other patrons at the time (We can understand why). The only other employee had his back to us the entire time. No smiles, no “Hello”, no nothing. We were the only ones who said, “Thank you”. Just the attitude– “What do you want” and “Go Away.” We ordered a couple of footlongs to go- the bacon was undercooked. My husband and I will NEVER go back and will certainly warn friends or family. Too many other fantastic choices in the Winchester area for a good meal!

Horrible customer service. All the vegetables are old and rotten basically. Staff doesn’t understand you. They ration the meat portions like it’s coming out their own paycheck. 25 bucks for two subs…. Just go to Chick-fil-A it’s right across the street it’s definitely worth the line. The young girl working has a horrible attitude and skimps on literally every topping on your sandwich. You’re pretty much eating bread. She exudes annoyance of customers existence constantly looking out the window if more are parking to come in and gives attitude to her co worker trying to take the sandwich from her as she’s placing meat onto it as soon as there’s one tiny layer of meat. The meat is sliced so thin it’s see through. Bathrooms are locked and when asked if they’re available more attitude of them not working. I feel bad for anyone who has to work with her and future customers as it’s a waste of money to eat here as you don’t get near the proper portion as any other subway from state to state. Want to run this location into the ground? Continue to allow her to work here. She was wearing a red shirt and black shorts but unsure of her name.

Pathetic experience, the staff girl in the shift of 6 pm Sunday was rude, incompetent and made horrible sandwiches. I can’t believe she put one topping and barely there sauces. Sad to see that despite standardization of the menu items, the store staff screws up and we get a horrible experience. Subway, take note and work hard on your individual stores. Just tragic to imagine that such a global, well loved fast food chain delivers inconsistent n non standardised experience. I wish I could give zero or negative stars. Extremly disappointed and angered.

They don’t put the amount of meat and cheese on the sub as they’re supposed to. I’ve gotten the same thing at subway for years, so it’s pretty obvious they only put half of the amount as anywhere else. They also don’t accept any coupons for some reason. Even the vegetable toppings are skimpy. Ask for “lots of black olives” and watch them count out 6 olive slices.

Avoid this place like the plague the service was horrible and the food quality so bad. Brown lettuce ,unripe green tomatoes, tiny holes in the spinach .Ordered Spicy Italian didnt put the proper amount of meat then toasted it put veggies on then realized meat wasn’t right just put it on top. Charged $2 for extra cheese when girl put 2 slices provolone and little shredded mozzarella .Then as I ask why the lady begins to argue with me in front of customers. I will never go back to this place.
