If I could give this place a 0 I would. The manager who was working there told a customer in front of me that he couldn’t have more white rice because they only had one container first. I have worked in food service before and they did not accommodate their supply and demand which is on the workers they should have known to make more food. Second the girl who is wrapped my burrito could not even wrap it and was struggling and i only asked for extra chicken. Third the girl who was checking us out at the cash register was so rude that she practically threw the to go bag at us and it almost slid off the counter. I have gone to this chipotle before and never had problems until today 08/17/2023 and we went around 7:10 pm. One of the worst food service experiences I have had.

Trash. This place is always a hit and miss. Food is either too salted or unflavored and the steak is dry like it’s been sitting out all day. The Burrito I ordered was basically full of just rice (even though I got steak) . Assistant manager was very very rude and said if she remade it this would ruin her “inventory count,” all while talking with gum in her mouth. We literally asked her if she temped the meat , that’s how bad it was . No lids or straws for drinks, Customer service 4/10, quality 2/10 , and one too many bad experiences with this place. Corporate really needs to come by .

This is our favorite place for a quick bite on any given time or day! Friendly staff and amazing food! Although, their drink station/tables could be more clean and restocked. Other then that I’m always going here for my food whether it’s dine-in, take-out or even door dash! Just a great place in general! Would recommend bringing friends and family for a good meal with not that bad prices! ( Went back on 8/14/2022 and it just gets better each time I swear!! )

There’s no way to alert of a food allergy when ordering online anymore and apparently the 3+ of them can’t answer the phone if there are one or more customers in store….cashier had an attitude and tried to charge us extra for things that we ALWAYS get and have NEVER been charged for. The girl on the line saved the day but man, what a struggle…

I’ve tried giving this place multiple chances to redeem its awful service, but to no avail. Today was the straw that broke the camel’s back, so to speak. I spent over $16 on this pathetic steak bowl (see attached picture). It barely had any steak at all, and they left out the guacamole that I paid extra for. Worst of all, it took them over 45 minutes just to put this sorry excuse of a steak bowl together and it was barely warm. I will never return to this restaurant again. If you want a better alternative, I’ve never been dissatisfied with Qdoba, which is about a mile or two away from this place.

Overall, the restaurant was very clean and well maintained, the staff was very friendly, I wasn’t amused by the selection of food to choose from, not many choices, and the flavor off it all was alright, i had some issues with my bowl i ordered, it was still consumable but I won’t be visiting here again.

I am sure the food is wonderful… if I would have had an opportunity to try it. I am in Evansville for the next few days on business. Stopped in for what I am sure would have been a great meal. I was told they weren’t accepting orders from with in the store. i.e. online only. I had left my phone in the car and there was a considerable line to pick up orders that apparently had not been prepared (technical issues, computer system, printers, etc.

Staff did an incredible job dealing with the worst type of customers in front of us. The wonderful human being was on the phone with corporate while in line because they did not have LETTUCE! AN HOUR BEFORE CLOSING!!! They then stormed out of the location without paying for their order. Props to the staff for remaining calm and professional while dealing with horrible patrons.
