Absolutely horrible experience . I’m a local guy and I figured I’d give them a shot being very excited to have them in town. I ordered $30 worth of food my tacos were a mix of hamburger and chicken on the same tacos. I had food from someone else’s order things from my order Missing, I don’t think I’ll be returning not to mention the employees were arguing with each other not one of them had a clue what was going on. The only upside to the situation is they replaced my order no questions. I hope things get better

Absolutely the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I waited in the drive thru line with like 4 cars for over 40 minutes, slowest, rudest, least helpful employees I’ve ever encountered. I’ve never had anyone just say to me “Don’t Have it!” When asking for a product. Drove to North Attleboro and guys guess what? THEY HAD IT!!! This location is absolutely useless.

I just worked an 8 hour shift with no lunch break. My mother and I came here with hopes of a fast and easy meal, like it’s implied. It took probably 10 minutes for them to acknowledge us, we were the only ones waiting at the counter. A guy comes up, and says sorry, can’t help you I’m clocking out. Does not bother to call over any of his coworkers, just lets us rot.A girl comes up, asks if we are all set, I tell her no that we’ve been waiting to pay. She rings us up and gives us our cups. There was zero urgency in this entire place, couldn’t call it fast if I wanted to. We get our drinks, then wait another 20-25 minutes for our food. Another girl hadn’t even gotten her cups and had already been served. I politely ask on her behalf, they don’t even have her drink (a slushy) ready. A grub hub worker had been waiting nearly as long as us for his order to complete, he’s still there waiting. I get in the car, the food is cold. Yum! Spent $30 bucks for cold slowly made food. Go somewhere else.

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to !! Staff is incompetent and does not know how to do their job we literally stood in front of the manager for 20 minutes waiting with other customers while having an issue with our food that needed to be fixed and then we’re told that we need to stop giving attitude because they made the food wrong after being told that they read what’s on the receipt when we were missing two whole food items and one of them was made incorrectly. Go to any other Taco Bell but this one. I’ve never been so aggravated at a food service. If your the only manager on maybe learn better time management skills

Everything that could go wrong seemed to happen during my visit, from receiving the wrong order to having cold and mishandled food, which posed a serious risk to my health due to their negligence with my allergic items.

I used to come to this location a lot. I would get their black bean Crunchwrap. However, every single time I went to this location they were extremely skimpy with the back beans. When I say there were ten black beans I’m not being hyperbolic. When I went up to kindly ask for me the lady working rudely said “I did the amount I was supposed to” and gave me an attitude. Overall very unsatisfied with this location, would not recommend.

Worst Taco Bell ever! 25 min in the drive thru line with no way to get out at 10:00 pm in a Sunday! We FINALLY get moving and not 1 person answered the mobile order speaker so we pull up then the get a RIDICULOUS attitude with an eye roll from the girl at the window because we did pull up when no one answered. We were told they stopped orders completely for a bit because there is only 3 of them on. It’s fast food with a drive thru you don’t just stop orders when people mobile ordered 40 min beforehand!

Do yourself a favor and drive 15 minutes to the Washington st Taco Bell. This location has the worst staff with attitude. I went to the drive thru and ordered a volcano burrito. The girl responds with an attitude saying “We dont make those anymore”
