I ordered pick up on NYE while visiting my dad. I am a bit bias because I worked here and it was my first job at 14 and stayed with them for 10 years (on and off). I love stopping in to see my old boss and say hi and always support them. They have always been kind, respectful, and understanding to me and forever a place I support and recommend.

I have been coming to this location well over 6 years, was placed on hold over 20 mins. When someone actually answers the phone, i am met with the most unprofessional service. Was told “i don’t care if you have been coming here for 6 years”. When i explained i have been waiting more than 20 mins instead of apologizing i am told the wait time is 2 hours long. Maybe tell your customers calling that instead of planning to leave them on hold. I understand how busy they must of been but the way this employee “hopefully not the manager” dealt with me is beyond unprofessional. They clearly do not care as specified, but my business will be taken elsewhere from hereon out. Aside from the terrible service their pizza is actually great.

So we placed an online order not realizing that the one closer to us was closed or something. Our order went to this specific store unfortunately. When we received our order the driver was incredibly nasty and told us they did not deliver in our area and to “not call again”. First of all, if there was a problem with you all delivering to our house, you could have CALLED us (you had our number from the online order) and told us you have to cancel the order. We would have understood and ordered elsewhere. But you didn’t. Instead you told your driver to tell us to “not call again”. That’s not our fault you decided to continue with the order AND deliver. Next time do your due diligence and respect your customers.

My 1st visit and No impressed at all – either with the wings or “the house special unique” pie, asked for thin crust and it was like a sicilian Pie … good I asked well done as still not crispy … but I think customer service was pretty good, they even bring the pizza to your car, considering the previous reviews, I wouldn’t say CS is their issue … place looks like dark, old and dirty, almost changed my mind but was midnight and we were hungry!!!… very convenient that they are open until 1am and is nothing else around but papa John’s which may be worst than Boli’s… I didnt see restrooms for customers .. location is ok … I dont think I may order again from there at least if I have a hunger emergency situation and nothing else where to go .. sorry!!

I have ordered from this location multiple times and nearly 90% of the time the order has been incorrect. Last night I ordered 2 – 12 inch subs a cold cut and a steak sub. Once again one of the subs that was delivered was only 8 inches not the 12 that was ordered. It also had very little steak on it. Clearly this Pizza Boli’s location fails at the one job they have. I also ordered jalapeno poppers for $6.99 and received 6 tiny poppers. It was like a child’s meal. This is completely unacceptable. They have lost my business forever.

The customer service was good. The lady that talked to me was nice and when I got to the place (I made a phone order) the food was ready. I ordered a family pack, with 2 large one topping pizzas (I got pepperoni and sausage), 10 piece wings, (I got spicy buffalo), and a 2 liter soda (I got Diet Pepsi). The pizza was a bit too cheesy for me, but if you’re a cheese lover then you’ll enjoy the amount of cheese they put on their pizza. The wings were really good, it had more meat than the chicken I got from America’s Best Wings. Like most chain restaurants though, their spicy isn’t spicy, so I had to spice up the wings myself with hot sauce. Overall though, this is a nice pizza place to go to.
