We’ve gone to this Wendy’s location multiple times within the last 6 months. Granted we usually go at night since we don’t get off until later in the night, but still the quality of food and service we receive is unacceptable. The crew that works the night shift are all around rude, we’ve never encountered one nice person who works there. They are rude over the speaker, and rude when you get to the window. I order cheese fries of some sorts, and the cheese is never melted. It’s a small complaint but still if I’m paying money for something then I expect it to come out as it’s suppose to. This has happened on multiple occasions. Food we’ve ordered never comes as expected, in an awful way.

Just don’t. We’ve tried so many times and gave them plenty of chances. We’ve been to this location at man different times of day including breakfast. They don’t ever have anything ready except nuggets. We’ve never had these issues at any other Wendy’s. I get fresh when you order but that is not what I expect at “fast food”. Also it doesn’t take 12 minutes to make a burger and fries. I know frier times having worked fast food before

This Wendy’s, which we stopped in several times during our visit to Claremore, OK, doesn’t seem to be run very well. When I walked in and stood at the counter, it was about six minutes before anyone came to help me. Then, after I ordered, the woman working the register, “Rachele” as noted on my receipt, could not set up the cash register along with the credit card swiper in a way that I could pay. She kept having problems and said, “Just wait, it’s not setting up the card reader right.” Lastly, once I went to the soda dispensers, there was no ice in them, and I had to ask the staff to get ice from the machine they use for the drive through. There really needs to be a more diligent manager on staff to make sure that everything is running the way that it should. My experience at this location, and likely other people’s experiences there, is bad for the Wendy’s brand.

We ordered a salad & a spicy chicken sandwich meal with a sprite. The person who took our payment & handed us our food was very rude & made us feel pretty uncomfortable. The chicken sandwich was ok but there was one wilted very small piece of lettuce on it. The salad was good. Overall the experience wasn’t worth the money at this location. We normally love Wendy’s but we probably won’t go back to this location again.

Went through the drive-through drove all the way to work, and realized that they didn’t put one item in my bag! drive-through person Haley very rude, handed me the food handed me my coffee spilled. It didn’t say excuse me didn’t say thank you didn’t say anything just rude !!! Apparently not a morning person when I came back snatch my bag from me didn’t say I apologize for not or forgetting to add your hashbrowns. Nothing just rude. The whole experience was horrible. I will never return to Wendy’s in Claremore, don’t waste your time in the morning bad experience, will ruin your whole day

Night manager for 4/19/2023 has a poor attitude about their job, we just wanted food, and they made it seem like we were inconveniencing them. After reading prior reviews, it seems like the late night manager has acted like this previously to other customers as well. I’ve never had an issue with day shift.
