First: Recommended! Second: Details: Located just off Highway 50 in a strip mall I’d been by this spot numerous times. From the outside with darkened windows I thought it was a sports bar pool hall beer joint. Today I discovered it’s a mighty fine restaurant too! Has outdoor covered patio service so next time I can bring my dog, yippee! No breakfast menu that I saw but since they open at 11:00 AM that makes sense. I’d rate 5-star if they offered breakfast and opened a bit earlier. I considered vegetarian options and salads, but instead I had the daily special, a tasty Schnitzel sandwich, offered with a choice of salad or fries. Like a glutton I also went for desert; homemade brownie a-la-mode, plus whip cream and caramel sauce. Huge, could easily share with another person, maybe even a table of six! But heck, I ate it all. Next time I come I might even buy one of their nice looking T-shirts.

One of my favorite restaurants in the area! The food is always amazing, the service is great and the place is comfortable! I’ve taken 2 friends there now for lunch and both were blown away, I can always count on them to provide a great meal! And their “The Trophy” is the best Reuben I’ve ever had.
