When we got here we are in. There was a poor older lady waiting at the counter for her food. We waited for nearly 10 minutes for them to even ask us if we have been helped. They were too busy talking in the back to even pay attention to who walked through the door. We had to ask again for sauces and napkins. This place is very dirty as my pictures will show. I def. Did not ring the bell.

Paid $15 for a Wagyu burger, small fry, and drink. Too expensive and they have bee’s in their drive thru that they need to take care of. It’s simply not worth the price when other places offer more for less.

5 people working. At the time I was there they were not busy. But the wait was long. I was dining. The dining area was filthy. No napkins and only a few straws and kids. When we finally got our food the fries were cold. Also, I asked for sauce and napkins at the time of ordering and they didn’t put it in the bag. Which we were dining in so a little unsure why we got a bag. I asked the lady working up front which she looked like she had management attire on, she ignores me and just turned her back. A young man over heard me and got me what I needed. They were very loud and rude in the back. I could see. The slicer from the counter and it was gross. It was caked with dry roast beef. I definitely would not recommend this Arby’s at the time.

Very average Arby’s. I ate here several times when I lived locally. The food was average and the beef and cheddars were on par. Nothing special about the service. I also enjoyed the Italian sandwich greatly, however the last time I went they had removed it from menu.

Pulled up to drive thru and waited for 10 minutes, thought maybe they had closed even though it was only 5, pulled around and went inside, lady was behind the counter said hi and walked off like it was a self order kiosk. Waited for a while and started this review and was about to leave when someone else came from the meat cutter and asked if i had been helped yet. Overall my wait for the mess of a sandwich wasnt worth it

Honestly. The service is the absolute worst at this Arby’s. They could have zero orders and still take 30 minutes, literally got 5 curly fries in an order. The employees just want to stand around and talk and be rude. And the short haired lady who runs the drive thru is impossibly rude. Spend 40 bucks on 3 sandwiches, you could at least get something more than a grunt and them tossing your food on the counter.
