Love this place. Never have an issue with anything. Staff are friendly food is good I’m surprised they aren’t busier than this. I mean hell even the prices are decent. I come here as often as I can because the choices are plentiful and it’s not hard to mix it up a bit. Recommended a million times over.

Store was clean and food was excellent but the lady working here (Rushtuka P.) Came off as very rude and angry. I tried to kill her with kindness but it didn’t do me any good. Perhaps it was a misunderstanding because of the difference in culture but it made me feel very unwelcome like I was a burden.

If I could give less then one star I would. Don’t know how they take your order when they can’t speak the same language you are talking in. The order we received was incredibly wrong the only thing right was the large cheese cup we ordered. We are extremely dissatisfied & do not plan on returning.

Had a couple bad experiences here, staff is regularly rude. Most recently spent 20 minutes waiting for a cheese steak with no other people in line. Went to refill my soda on the way out and the chick has the stones to tell me refills aren’t to-go. And I’m pretty sure they didn’t even give me the double meat they charged me for. Go to the one on Tusc.

My cheese steak order was wrong. But they charged me less money than they should have so…ok. listening to the counter woman and the cook argue at the top of their lungs in a foreign language for 15 minutes while trying to eat absolutely ruined my entire experience. Nothing like a continuous stream of anger and stife to kill an experience!
