It’s a cute decor inside a beautiful stone and wood building. The giant stone fireplace is gorgeous. The service was lackluster, but the food was good. My granddaughters enjoyed the chicken fingers, catfish, and fries. I had a scallop and shrimp boil. The dish comes in a balloon of cooking plastic. There were six scallops and a dozen shrimp with a small corn on the cob (about 3″long), small potato, and about a cup of broccoli (broccoli purchased extra). I ordered it in garlic butter sauce with no spice. The sauce was very good, loads of garlic, but the dish was still spicy. My husband didn’t think it was spicy at all and that it needed salt! (?) The dish was $15. I would probably eat there again, but not share the dish, as I left hungry.

We got to enjoy our birthday party in a private back room in the restaurant with eighteen guests. I have to give their servers a lot of credit for taking such good care of our large party. We enjoyed snow crab, shrimp, fried catfish and appetizers.

The food was ok, not the greatest but we got full. BUT…my issue is when the bill was brought by the waitress (who looked at the ticket before giving it to me), she charged my acct for twice what the original ticket stated. Asked for the manager who came and stated that the ticket was for a different day different table…so 1) why you got multiple days worth of tickets on you 2) why didn’t waitress catch that if was for wrong day and wrong table 3) why when I asked did they tell me it didn’t matter. It matters a lot to me!!! If you give me a price before or after goods are purchased/consumed don’t go and charge my acct for a different price. All that should have been done if instead of just running the card without confirmation that the ticket given and amount charged was the same, just be a decent human being and before charging say hey I gave you wrong ticket the correct amount is…

The fried food was really good. We tried the fried calamari for our appetizer and I am very happy to announce that I now have found a restaurant that have crispy and cooked just right calamari! I will go back over and over just for that. For our entrees, I got the fried catfish basket with rice, hubby got the fried shrimp and Cajun fries, and a side of fried chicken wings. All three were seasoned well, very crispy and served hot! Our server was attentive and professional! We’ll be back soon!

Really enjoyed the experience of eating here. We didn’t expect that our order would be too much but the food was really good. I couldn’t stop eating eventhough im already full! Staff were quick and accommodating. As a tourist, it was a lovely experience dining here.

Great seafood! A little pricey. We tried to go here 6 months ago and the service really sucked, apparently no hostess on duty that day. But we’ve gone there 3 times in the last 2 months and service was good. We usually get the M1, 1lb shrimp for $20. Hushpuppies and calamari were also very good. They have an odd way to serve it, see the pics.

Could have been higher rating but service was slow, and server was visibly arguing with manager. Food was good. The server was good once things settled. It took a long time to get food. Too, the servers wore t-shirts, gym shorts, and Puma open-to slide on flops as shoes, which I’m pretty sure is an OSHA violation.
