I love my Cleveland Dunkin but this morning going through the drive thru wasn’t a pleasant experience. The young lady was apparently having a bad morning. Very short with her words and as I watched her run my card she had a aggressive way about her. Just a note to the owner train your employees to keep their attitudes at home or don’t come in to work and be rude to your customers.

Shoutout to Megan! We came from out of town to celebrate our anniversary. She saw where we had it written on our window and she wished us a Happy Anniversary. Then we came back two days later and she wished us a Happy Anniversary again while we ordered. The coffee was delicious as well!!

Ordered two wake up wraps along with other items and they were covered in pepper and sugar! HORRIBLE! There is no reason to add ingredients to the food as either a joke or out of anger. Not cool at all! I won’t support this establishment again! I understand good help is hard to find these days but losing customers to pranksters is not worth it! Put up some cameras since obviously no one is there babysitting the cook!

Cleveland, Ga location had extremely poor customer service and lack of appreciation for its paying customers. I purchased a blended coffee, food item AND a donut. I asked for a cup of water and was told I had to purchase bottled. When I asked if the manager did not allow customers to get a cup of water, I was unapologetically told, “No.”. I also was never told thank you for my purchase. I did, however, ask for the managers name. “Quan”, shame on you for running such an unappreciative business.
