I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The atmosphere was nice and clean and the staff was friendly. They played good hip hop and r&b music which gave the place a bit of a club vibe. The seafood boil was a 8/10 nice flavor but a bit too spicy for me considering I got the mild seasoning. The fried Catfish was not good the breading was more like a chicken breading than a fish breading overall this was good spot.

We had a group of about 15 people for reservations at 8 on 5/21. Our server handled it so graciously (I wish I remembered her name) she was always smiling, polite, and regular checked up on us. As for the food I was impressed I got the Mr. Captain mild Cajun and it was amazing. My daughter got the chicken tender basket it was HUGE. If you order this for your child I would suggest you have them share it! I also got the honey lemon mojitos which is a virgin drink and I loved it! For a seafood boil place the pricing was reasonable. I noticed that it didn’t smell fishy at all which is a good sign of cleanliness.

The food was excellent! The service was good too. I actually went in for the fried oysters and at first tge waitress told me they were out but after checking she informed me they had just received a shipment in today. They were cooked to perfection as was the whiting we ordered as well. Try the cajun fries they wont disappoint!! All in all a very pleasant dining experience. Update: called ahead tonight to check on availability of oysters. None available.

Would’ve only given this 2 stars but the server-Jaiya was def 5 stars…a genuine sweetheart that took great care of us. She was upbeat, energetic & outgoing with a lovely smile. The seafood was not great–fried oysters were very tiny. Calamari and hushpuppies were good. It was basically fast food seafood quality. I’d go back for server/service we had but not food.

My server was amazing, and her co-worker server was also a good server also. The host, were very rude and dry has hell. They did not let the server know we were there. We sat for 15 minutes before anyone was there. Other than that clean and good food

The food had no seasoning at all, even though I ordered garlic butter seasoning on my seafood boil. It looked like the food was floating around in yellow water. I ordered another seasoning on the side, but that too seemed to be very watered down and flavorless. For the money I spent I expected more. The waitress was kind and attentive but not intrusive. The atmosphere itself was dark. It’s not a cheerful place at all but rather hum drum, dull, not very inviting. However, the music selections were pretty good. That’s honestly the best thing about the place.

Tried it again since we are right next door and the service was worse than last time and we got the pearl and it was overdone shrimp and crab legs were like rubber I just don’t understand but I would love to get a good meal from this location since it’s close to the vfw.

Had such a great time. My boo is allergic to sea food but he risked it all to make me happy. He had a great time and ate well. Our waiter Andrew took great care of us. The manager didnt get her name but she had an ankle brace on. She had the best music playing. Made me want to start a soul train line in that place. We will definitely be back. I left juicified to the max and had the juicy wabble from the itis .
