Had a cocktail and beer in the upstairs outdoor bar. Bartenders were kind and prompt. It was so nice with the wind blowing through which was a nice little reprieve from the heat on the beach.

Would be 4 star but, our waitresses was rarely around. Had to wave her to the table. Socializing is what seems more important anymore. But, still nice layout for a first timer. Wont stop me from trying again!

I eat here every year when I am here on vacation. Up until this visit, I have loved this place. However, the food and service were horrible. All of the food (hot and cold) came out the same temperature (room temperature). The waitstaff was not helpful…did not offer refills, only replaced some of the food that was inappropriate temperature, and did not check in with us on the quality of the food.

Pretty nice outside service with a view of the ocean. Food and drink were decent and wait staffs were friendly. For the windy and cold days, the inside seating is definitely a much better choice.

Location is right on beach with beautiful oceanviews. Bathrooms, showers and changing rooms available and clean. Fun play areas for families. Food and librations are good and service is excellent.

This is the first time we’ve been to the Big Chill. My daughter had a beef burger and my wife and I had the Mahi fish sandwich. The fish was delicious and the view of the ocean from the deck was beautiful.
