Slow, dirty. Better off getting ice cream somewhere else nearby. 20 minutes after ordering I was asked what I ordered. They did this to multiple customers. It’s almost like they aren’t tracking orders anywhere.

I’ve tried for 3 days to find a good soft serve ice cream in a cone. Yep, 3rd time is a charm. Nice lady at the to go window. A little slow but worth the wait. Your ice cream is the BEST in town! My grandson mmmmm’d the whole way home on the Oreo Blizzard.Thank you.

Once we arrived, we noticed tge dining area had multiple dirty tables. We were the only ones ordering and we stood there for a good while waiting to place our order. The cashier that came to take our order, had been looking at us the entire time we waited. She finally came and acted very frustrated. We finally order and waited 30+ mins for our food, for a family of 5. I should’ve gone with my first mind and went to Chili’s, like I wanted. Nearly every table was dirty and trash on the floor.

Karin was my cashier, she was very sweet. She was taking orders and taking them to the tables during lunch while the store was super busy. All the while being yelled at by the kitchen staff that she was behind. No ice-cream working at all. No discount for the meal that came with ice-cream.

There was one person ahead of us and we still waited 15 minutes before we could place an order for 3 blizzards. Then we waited another 15 minutes before asking about our blizzards and they didn’t even have the freaking order. After showing them the receipt twice they finally started making our ice cream. Another 10 minutes and we finally had our ice cream. DQ, your service and food were trash today. DO BETTER…won’t be back to this location again.

I decided to give this Dairy Queen another chance and once again I was disappointed. They were out of ingredients for blizzards and the gravy for the gravy was literally gravy colored water. (They should have known better than to serve that to a customer ).This happens way too often, weekly, to be an accident .Paying $30 for two blizzards and a 6-piece steak finger basket you expect the food to be edible. I don’t know why the prices keep going up and the service and food quality keeps going down. I WOULD NOT EAT HERE !!

Waited 10 minutes to order then another 26 for our banana split, pretzels and blizzard. I went to the counter to be told they are out of pretzels and banana and would have to refund me. Waited over 30 min to be told they didn’t have our food. I was p*ssed. Never had such terrible service before.
