I did a door dash pick up for myself today and went through the drive through. They said it was ready and I was good to come to the window. When I got there the girl opened the window and handed me my food and then quickly shut it. But I was missing my drink so after a few seconds she opened it and just stared at me. I told her I was missing my soda, so she went and filled it up. She then handed it to me with out a straw and quickly closed the window. I assumed she was getting a straw but then another 30 seconds went by and she opened it, again not saying a word and just stared at me. I asked her if I could please have a straw and she proceeded to roll her eyes and let out a heavy sigh as if she was being inconvenienced by me. She handed me the straw and quickly closed the window again.

My daughter and stopped here to get a salad and a boneless wing meal. As my daughter ate her wings she found hair in one of the wings. I called the store and spoke with the manager, who told us to come back and they’ll replace the meal. I went inside to return the order, and Mary, the manager came up to take care of it. Mary was absolutely wonderful. She was very nice, friendly, polite, and apologetic. She went above and beyond in replacing my daughter’s entire meal. She went back and made the meal herself, brought it to me, and opened it up for me to take a look at it. Mary, thank you so much! We need more people like you in customer service because yours was terrific. Thank you!

Today I went and ordered the wings and things platter and told them I wanted bone in chicken wings, guess what? The wings are BONELESS!!! not what I wanted! Then they charged me a Quarter for an zaxby sauce packet. Also got a kid’s buffalo chicken fingers which is extremely salty!! They need to get their act together because unfortunately, I live far and can’t return the food. Otherwise I would have gone back and have them fill my order as I ordered it!!! I think employees there really just don’t care about customer service, and MANAGEMENT SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!! btw, this location is usually pretty empty , now I know WHY…

Ms. Harmony at the drive thru at 1:00 today had the nastiest attitude. She was rude, cut me off while talking several times, and then lied when I pulled up to the window to ask her a question. She got upset afterwards because I check my bag before pulling off at the window because every time, they leave my egg or cucumbers off of my Cobb salad.

The customer service needs to improve a lot! The food was great, but the cashier had a ton of attitude. I had to wait a solid 10 minutes at the counter to even be noticed by them. It looks like all their focus is on the drive thru, probably due to company policy timing them up, however, hurting badly the customers that actually go to the dine in.
