Fried oyster appetizer was fried extra crunchy and crispy just like it supposed to be and came with fries. Ordered the redfish, the dirty rice was very moist

We went for lunch. The appetizer sampler was good. We have four adults and a kid for lunch. Great kids meal options. The mashed potatoes were flavorful. Family said the meatloaf was very flavorful. The steak salad was good. Steak could have used a little more seasoning. Po Boy was good. Seafood soup is tomato based. All in all, would come back. Will also come back for dinner.

The food was ok. I had chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and corn. The corn had too much of a lemony flavor in my taste. The rest was ok. The true highlight was the delicious blueberry bread pudding.

I had the fried green tomato’s topped with crabmeat to start and they were AMAZING! My husband got Steve’s soup to try as well and it was so flavorful! I had the crab cakes for dinner with the bacon Mac and Cheese. And oh my!! Sooo good! My husband had the seafood pasta special and when I say oh my sauce… they don’t skimp on it! I was soaking his bead up with it trying it. If that wasn’t enough.. we HAD to try the bread pudding and barley got it all down with all that food! Im so glad we finally went in to try it!

Absolutely delicious! The blackened redfish and shrimp and grits were amazing! The service was great. It was our first time in and they were very helpful. They explained everything on the menu and pointed out the favorites. We will definitely go back!

Loved the fried fish, but the fried green tomatoes and crawfish pies were the star of the show. The bread pudding is also amazing. The funnel cake fries are fine, but not really worth spending that much on. Especially when there’s much better food at the same restaurant.

This is a great place to eat. We went in on a Monday not realizing Mondays are kids eat free, definitely a bonus. You realize right away that they only hire really nice people which already makes the night out a good one. I had the chicken fried steak with mash potatoes. The batter on the steak is unique compared to a traditional one. The flavor is spot on. My wife had the chicken pot pie and was impressed with not only the taste but the size, leftovers. One son had the kids chicken fingers and fries. Both were crispy and well cooked. The other son had the burger with no complaints. Don’t forget to finish off the dinner with beignets.

If I had the option to give them even more stars I most certainly would!!!! I had a surprise Birthday dinner for my mom this past weekend. We were set up in the beautiful new private dining area & everything went absolutely PERFECT!!!! The team assigned to our party did AMAZING & truly went above & beyond to make sure the dinner was a memorable one for my mom! Every single one of them was SO kind & SO helpful!!!! We have been to many restaurants in the area but none of them come close to the kind of service we experienced here at Magnolia!! They truly have the sweetest servers ever!!!! Our family was complimenting how great the food was and how nice the restaurant was! The manager even came out to greet my mom & wish her a Happy Birthday! I’m so glad I chose to have my Mother’s dinner here, it was so very special!!!

We stopped in for dinner today for the first time. Our waiter was friendly and the speed of service wasn’t too bad. My husband loved the shrimp and grits. I ordered the blackened fish. He enjoyed everything but I wasn’t impressed. Usually we have the same tastes in food but for me, everything was bland. The shrimp and grits had an odd flavor that I couldn’t place. My biggest complaint was that it took almost 15 minutes to get the check and they kept having issues. When we finally were able to pay, we were just given the total. We weren’t able to see the bill prior to paying, which was frustrating and unprofessional, especially since food for 3 people was over $100. In all, I don’t see us returning.
