Every time we go there, it’s gross. We haven’t been there in a couple years and today when my husband stopped in for a quick lunch because we were super busy at work, we remembered why we never visit. He said the ice cream is bland but I always found it oily or filmy…. Although I haven’t touched it in probably 6 years. Today, he said he was going to grab lunch and I told him if they have a chicken sandwich that I’d try it. He brought it home, I cut it open, and this is what I found. Where is my chicken??? Lol The chicken was SUPER hard and completely inedible. I mean… it was like chewing on a piece of flattened rubber. As you can see, half of my sandwich is pretty much batter only. I mean…. I can’t even believe Sonic is still in business after all of these years of this. Never again. What is going on this world??????? Lol

Did not get everything I ordered. One burger was supposed to be the Sonic Griller. They gave me a cheeseburger that had mayonnaise and tomato on it! Didn’t notice until I got home and when I tried to call them to complain, they wouldn’t answer the phone. Made 3 attempts!

Just came through the drive thru. They put 5 rotten cherries in my 7 year olds drink. My kids love yall but yall are going to hurt someone if you don’t slow down and double check the product. Cherries are black all the way through. Not sure how it got missed but please just double check everything before you use it. Let alone put it in a child’s drink.
