We went for ice cream and they serve Hershey hand dipped. Delicious. My favorite currently is the cappuccino crunch. Reasonable prices. I look forward to trying their food during another visit. They have a whole section dedicated to bacon. I might go next time just to try that!

Owner Chef E was born and raised in Carrollton! A hometown boy with the training, instincts, knowledge and experience equal to the most famous top international chefs. When I first started following this Chef (years ago at The Normandy Inn)…because of the quality of his food…it took me only two visits to realize he seemed very familiar. I asked where I might know him from and he modestly admitted when it struck me that he was the well loved Chef I remembered from a top restaurant in Palm Beach, Florida. What a blessing to Ohio that he returned home several years ago to help his Mom. Then became Chef for his friends at The Normandy Inn… just up the street in Minerva. The Market at Milo is his newest creation… you really should stop in and enjoy some of the most creative and internationally superior cuisine in all of Ohio. Served in a very casual family friendly environment complete with a coffee bar and it’s very own ice cream parlor …where you can come as you are. Thanks Chef E! You helped me feel at home back in Ohio after wintering in Palm Beach and California many years had raised my standards beyond Ohio fare. Ohio is the heart of it all! But sometimes she needs her small town children (who left) to return from their international travels and livelihoods to rejuvenate her…giving her new infusions of life and creativity! Market at Milo is not to be missed! Superior food…at prices Ohio loves! The Butter Pecan ice cream and Cream of Broccoli Soup are especially…heavenly!

This is my new favorite spot in Carrollton! They have all kinds of delicious house made breads, desserts, coffees, teas, and a multitude of seasoned bacon to choose from. The food itself is delicious as well, I had the chicken salad on sourdough and my fiance had a BLT. The people who worked there were very kind and personable as well! They use recyclable and compostable containers and straws too. The atmosphere is very cozy, including several couches and arm chairs if you’d like to lounge and spend quality time with loved ones.

My lunch was amazing!! I had the meatloaf sandwich. It was about the best sandwich I’ve ever had. The thin crusty bread was wonderful! Meatloaf was delicious with fresh lettuce and tomato. I would definitely return, but I’m from Arkansas.

This was an experience! It is a true farm to table dining and Monsanto is not invited. You can chill in the clean and inviting dining areas or grab it to go through a window service. Fresh lettuces are locally grown. The meat is raised on pastures down the road. Artisan breads and pastries are baked on location using clean non brominated, non gmo flour and grains. Enjoy any of the 9 flavors of bacon by the slice, or the brightest of salad, heartiest soups, or sandwiches. Grab a menu off the counter and sit down to decide if you are undecided. A distinct cozy area exists to gather the kids and extended family for icecream. Teas, coffee, latte, juice, bottled water, rootbeer, and various pop is available. I recommend all my friends go enjoy.
