They need to send their employees back to math class! Tried ordering a $5 meal and an $8 meal and somehow they calculated it to be $25!?!? I left and at least now I know not to waste my time there. They don’t EVER deserve anymore than $10 an hour if that! So don’t waste your time people!

I’ve heard nothing but bad things about this place. Although nothing bad happened until now. They messed up the order. It wasn’t what what said. In a rush, what was punched in on the screen was not correct and was not noticed. Ate 1 of the items before getting to the rest that were not supposed to be on the order. Then after they were confronted about the mistake, the manager argued and said because 1 item was eaten, and the cost difference was more for what was originally wanted, that the difference would need to be paid. So instead of them owning up to the mistake and just making it right, they wanted to charge more. I wrote a complaint on behalf of this situation and all the others I’ve heard about lately to corporate hoping that these fast food chains get their act together.

have been to a couple different taco bells and this taco bell is definitely my favorite. i asked for a spicy chicken taco and the guy at the drive thru told me they didn’t have any but that he would add some sauce onto my taco for me to make it spicy. staff was so friendly and the service was very quick!
