Nice fast food option if u are looking for something beyond the typical burger and fries. I especially love their loaded bake potato soup. What I dont love is having to pay extra for cheese and bacon added when it is suppose to be a “loaded baked potato soup”. So actually it is a plain baked potato soup unless u choose to pay extra for toppings. I also really like their roast beef and provolone sandwich there. I tried their Italian sandwich yesterday and it was just ok I guess. I would give them 5 stars if they would advertise their soup properly, just irritates me. The service in drive through is usually friendly and never had too long of a wait.

I was reluctant to stop because the drive thru looked busy, but I was 7 cars back and was back on the road in less than 5 minutes. Nothing like customer service that is efficient and respectful of your time. Host 656 was friendly, thanked me for my business, and provided truly exceptional customer service. I ordered the pastrami sandwich, she confirmed all the toppings, and would not hesitate to order it again. I have had many items from this location and they never disappoint. If you are in the mood for a great sandwich, stop in and try Potbelly at Loop 336 and I-45.

Came in to pick up a mobile order and was told it would be ready shortly. So I sat down and waited… and waited… and waited… Finally went back to the counter and it was sitting right there, they just couldn’t be bothered to tell me I guess. Not very friendly either, bad experience.

I am totally confused about how most people reviewing have positive comments, when I have tried this place twice and both times the food was so unappealing and just tasteless. Today was my second and final attempt to get some edible food. I ordered an Italian and when it arrived, it was smashed with oil running out of it. When they heat it (which I always ask them not to do that), italian meats being fatty, always produce so much grease – they should know that. The bread was soaked through and one reluctant bite was all I needed to bin it. The bread was very thin although I did not ask for this either. Perhaps this is normal for them but I included photos of the sandwich (I placed on foil as I binned the paper that was soaked in grease. Completely disappointed.

Very disappointed! I ordered the one with most of the meats, first time going. It tasted ok, thought about buying a magnifying glass to see the meat. Big should be Big for a 13$ sandwich.

Do not go to this location at night unless you want to pay $14 for none of the toppings you asked for (see how it says everything on the tag) and the ingredients they do give you to be hardly a scoop and all in the smack center of your sandwich. Thank you so much to the crew working nights on December 15th for topping off my terrible day at work by giving me bread and a smear of hummus for dinner. I will never return to this location after this experience and I’m sad to say that cause I used to love y’all’s food. Truly criminal to charge hardworking people for this and serve such terrible food.
