New hours on website and said they were open til 10…walked in at 9:27 and they said they were only making pizzas for 3 more minutes. Pretty much already closed… why stay open later but not service customers.

I stopped in Upper Sandusky while traveling. I found this local pizza joint and put in an order for pick up. The staff were very friendly and the pizza was delicious. Recommended.

I have been to hundreds of restaurants in my life and this place has the worst customer service I had ever experience. Front counter person was rude, looked annoyed that I was there, didn’t know the menu and just had a I don’t care attitude. And she rang up my order wrong. I asked about the amount and what it should be and again she was rude and unhelpful. Finally got the manager and the cashier had rang me up wrong. Manager was very rude and annoyed while refunding the difference. Every interaction with staff was awful. The whole thing made me want to leave but our order was coming out. I will say the cheese bread was very good and the pizza was tasty but I can’t get over how rude and unprofessional this place is. Ran by a bunch of entitled kids. The staff was not polite to anybody whether on the phone or in person. I would never come back here again. The owner needs to look into who he/she has working there. I was there 12/15/22 around 5:30pm.
