Although it is tough to find a decent place to eat in Boise these days, this place is amazing from start to finish. The cooks create fresh meals that are prepared the correct way. The bartenders and servers are great at their jobs and will go above and beyond for their customers! The atmosphere is comforting with a chill and relaxed vibe, and not pretentious. They can even accommodate for your pup if they happen to be with you. You guys know how to really do it right! Thank you for the experience, and more to come.

We stopped in for a quick bite before completing our shopping for the week. As a restaurant owner myself, we are always looking to learn from our experiences at other eateries. The service was our number one issue. My server did her best to get around to everyone she was serving, but no one else in the place of business greeted us or made us feel welcome. Considering our waitress was busy, I would think that some type of teamwork would take place, where the other staff would pick up the slack and greet customers as they came into the building. The place wasn’t too busy to greet customers. Another woman even came in after us and asked them if she was invisible. The cooking staff was arguing while we sat at the bar, and one of them walked out while working. The place looks nice inside, and I really enjoyed my pork street tacos, but the staff needs training in customer service.

Our group of 7 wanted to change up our trivia so we came here on Thursday and we won’t be returning. BIggest issue by far was the service which went downhill as the night went on.

Showed up at about 8pm. The place had about 3 active tables. At max 2 6 tops. Weasked to sit outside with which we where met with “you will have to see what us available” only for us to go outside and see one other table taken. We sit down and it takes about 10 minutes to get talked with.we order drinks and appetizers. After we order drinks it takes about 5 min for those to show up. The apps take over 30 minutes and taking a manager aside to get the situation sorted. The manager apologized and got the apps out in about 5 minutes. As for our main course we have yet to even know what it looks like as we have yet to even eat it or see it. Hoping this place turns around because it used to be great. Rough experience all around honestly.
