Three Friends Jack, Mike and Ron founded the original Biksbee’s in Bethel in November 2006. Between them they had over 75 years’ experience in the restaurant business. My grandsons had burgers which they said were delicious. I had an eggplant sandwich which was not so good. It needs something to give it a little flavor, perhaps a tomatoe sauce of some kind. Having said that prices were fair and service very good. Worth a visit and I will try it again.

Unbelievably good food. Didn’t expect it at all. We went there to roam around to get the feel of the down and stopped by this store. Read good reviews but didn’t expect such quality and super yum fresh flavorful sandwich. If we ever pass by that town again, we ll definitely stop by. Loved it and recommend to nearby friends and family already. They have free delivery too in surrounding neighborhoods.

Solid spot for when you’re looking for a quick, affordable bite to eat. It’s my go-to on days that I’m running out of groceries, but I don’t want to eat something super unhealthy, or spend a lot of money on takeout. The quality is consistent, and I love that they have A LOT of options. Sandwiches, burritos, entrees- you can basically get anything you’re craving.

You will not find better French fries anywhere else. Excellent Caesar salad, superb Reuben sandwich, burgers are very good as are their burritos. Friendly service. Excellent value.

The menu is spot on, food is priced very well for the type of dishes that are served and the food is so good I ran out of bread to sop up the left over sauce on the dish! Even the salad dressing is worthy of sponging up. We ordered chicken francaise, chicken finger kids meal and the chicken Marsala with Prosciutto was so good, there was no leftovers for the Refrigerator at home. This is definitely a good spot to eat that worth the money spent, not overpriced at all and the food tastes more than hat we paid for. Where else can you feed two adults and one child for about $34!!?
