ANTS IN THE DINING ROOM! Switched tables after I killed 3 ants. Less than 15 seconds after sitting at new table, away from a window, there were more. They gave us no argument in refunding our purchase and when I told the cashier they need to spray for ants he said they have but they keep coming back! They wrapped our food to go but we lost our appetite. Bleh!!

Love Nic BBQ only if I get from Alsip/Crestwood location. 25 yr customer. They always deliver perfect. The Tinley Park location it’s not representative of what Nic BBQ should be. They cannot make a simple sandwich correctly including a grilled cheese sandwich. I have thrown more food away then I have eaten. It seems they substitute proper ingredients with lower quality ingredients like fake cheese. In the picture is an attempt at a simply pepper and egg sandwich. It that was nothing but peppers and cheese. Garbage! Never order a shake from Tinley Park location. Regardless of outdoor temperature, It is always runny flavored milk
