I work at an air conditioning service office and we ordered for the whole office on Saturday 5/13 only to get every burger practically raw beef … Never had that experience at any in n out so this was extremely inconvenient and disappointing. Just beware of ordering for a group

The store made 2 lines for drive-thru. The sign shows that customer can use two lines. And the 2 lines merge to one line for receiving order. But people use only one line. When first time coming customer tried another line, people in another side line blocked the car. And let the customer go end of line. Please fix the line confusion.
