I ordered delivery online and the order came rather fast for a 4th of July weekend. The driver was really nice but didn’t read the delivery instructions and was confused on where to go. When I got my order, everything was there but when I opened the pizza box the pizza was not cut. The cinnamon pull aparts were also not cooked all the way and the wings were burnt. We had to cut our pizza and should not have to do the work papa johns is supposed to. Not very happy.

As a man who loves cheese and dairy products I was inclined to order the new stuffed crust and it was incredible. Always liked Papa John’s but usually chose a place offering stuffed crust over the Papa. Never again! And the dessert options are insane!

Service was horrible as our family ordered pizza for a birthday party! They called and claimed they didn’t deliver to our area when we have ordered pizza plenty of times and got it delivered. They already made our pizza , but claimed they had to cancel our order and remake it when guests for the party already arrived. We asked how long and they said 30 minutes! So we had to go and pick it up! We asked if we could get a discount for the horrible experience and inconvenience and they said no!

Ordered a large supreme pizza for my mom while she was in the hospital (she thought she could eat it but did not) – it’s been a long time since I’ve had a store bought pizza and it may be a while before I have another. This was not very good, didn’t like the sauce and the onion pieces were too big. The service was great and it didn’t take long to get the order. Just didn’t like the pizza sauce. But, to each their own.

About a week ago I ordered two stuffed crust pizzas, I live about 20 mins away so I picked up the pizzas and went home just to find out they were not stuffed crust. I called the restaurant and they told me next time I was in the area to just call and order and they would replace both pizzas for free for the inconvenience which is perfectly fine. So two days ago I called them to tell them my name and place my order for the two pizzas and the manager decided to argue with me and tell me that she knew nothing about it. When I said i was going to call the district manager she suddenly found a note and said she would replace one pizza but not both. What kind of terrible customer service is that that you argue with someone over one extra pizza when they were the ones that screwed up in the first place! I definitely never have a bad experience like that at @pizzahut and if they ever mess something up they fix it without arguing with the customer. The customer service number was no help either. They just said the upper management would call me within 48 hours but still no call. Again what terrible customer service!
