The presentation was good . Dough was soft and fresh. Pizza was warm. It was not the best but great for late night on a Wednesday. Really expensive. Almost 30 dollars without tip for large, xcheese and pepperoni.

So, we were very leary because of the reviews and rating but we gave this location a try. The pizza was AMAZING which was delivered via door dash. The pizza was very hot and exactly what we ordered. It tasted amazing so maybe we got lucky? Anyways, we’ll be ordering again in the future but realized, we can’t always go off Google reviews and just have to try for yourself.

I try to be as nice as possible when it comes to customer service cause i work in customer service. This really irritated me though i called to place an order for pick up I already had called earlier cause of card trouble during a online order i was trying to do, a female came over the phone both times, the second time I was put on hold for about 10 minutes it was about 12 on the dot plus my order wasnt that big but she never came back to the phone so i hung up called again and a guy came on and i told him ive been already waiting and i wanted to place a order he said yes but it would be “far out” as he put it, it was only 12:22 then so obviously they just didn’t want to do it. I felt disrespected so I would like if a manager or corporate get in contact with me this is unacceptable.

So disappointed in the pizza that we ordered. Used to be so amazing, but its so “francise” now. Prices have went up. However cheese bread is good. Wings are OK, not the best but were just ok. Spent 60 bucks and gave over half of it away to our neighbors because they have teenage boys and they eat anything! However, Quick delivery and nice employees.

pizza took an hour, to only get delivered by to the wrong address. pizza delivery lady came back, gave us the address that it went to, and told us that it’s right down the street and that we need to drive down the street and ask these random people for our pizza. called back and after 10 minutes of arguing with the manager she said she would send another. 45 minutes later the same delivery lady comes and apologize, actually a very nice lady, getting inside after all this time (2 and a half hours later) we open the pizza to have no toppings, and the cinnamon knots (pictured) are literally raw dough soaked in cinnamon juice. seemingly good employees, terrible management

The delivery driver placed my order on the ground outside my apartment and ants crawled on my pizza . I called and spoke to the manager and he was questioning me really hard. I called again ( after the first time to explain my situation ) and he hung up on me . His name is COREY. Very disrespectful. Don’t order from here. PERIOD

I give up on this location, nothing is consistent with ingredients on subs. Last time I ordered I had to come all the way back to store because order wasn’t made correctly. This time I got 3 USS Norfolk subs ,1 reg, 1 add banana peppers and 1 add Is jalapeno peppers. When I unwrapped subs I actually thought they had gave me turkey subs. I’m sure ingredients are supposed to be measured and if they don’t they definitely need to, I barely had steak on any of my subs, I mean I don’t expect they to be packed with meat but th I s was ridiculous and only reason I didn’t bother to call or take food back this time was because I had called in order on my way home because it was to late to cook dinner and I was tired. I wasn’t coming back out to take food back this is definitely last time ordering from them at the location on Chesapeake Square Blvd #14. The Uss Norfolk used to be my favorite growing up I’m beyond disappointed

This Chanello’s seems to be struggling. Pizza is mediocre and the sides are disappointing. Cheese fries are very small, not worth the $5. The garlic knots are OK at best as well as the cheese breadsticks. The cinnaknots were by far the worst; just knots of bread sitting in a puddle of oil and what I assume was supposed to be the cinnamon and brown sugar. This may have been a fluke so try at your own risk.
