My order was spaghetti and meatball and garlic sticks. The order was 10 minutes later than the pick-up time, but overall, the taste was good, and the portion was big. The lady there was friendly. I’m satisfied with my order.

I’ve been a a patron since this location opened up. For the most part whatever I order always comes out wonderful 9 out of 10 times I order. I never have an issue. The photo I posted was the 1 time that my pizza was overbooked ♀️ . I’ll update review once I order again.

The young man behind the counter was pleasant, and the cook was great, I had ordered a deep dish, and one of my ingredients was mushrooms, but they didn’t have any. So before they started making my order they informed me of the problem.

Rosatis has a great daily deal of one slice of pizza and a drink for $6. Its a generous slice and the pizza I get is always fresh. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this location.

Carryout pizza that charges extra if you use plastic. That’s not the big problem. It’s that they don’t tell you beforehand. Oh sure they ask, “Cash or Credit “. As soon as you say Credit or Debit the clerk punches the button and charges a non-food charge. Yes they have some labels on the CC terminal, but it’s real easy to miss it. When this is brought to the attention of the clerk, he became somewhat arrogant and surly. What would it have taken just to mention that there will be a fee. MANAGEMENT YOU NEED TO DO A BETTER JOB TRAINING THE TEENAGE AMATEURS THAT YOU HIRE AT MINIMUM WAGE!

Just this past weekend, me & my family ordered a catering package from this location for about 30 people. It was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend the Party Package #2. The Italian beef was fantastic and they even through in a couple of extra pieces of bread. They also provided silver ware & utensils as well. Will definitely be ordering from this Rosatis again!

I’m highly disappointed in this location. I was very excited when they first opened because I’ve been a Rosati’s fan for years – at other locations. Finally one opened near my home. But time and again this location has disappointed. Today is the last straw. Sorry, Rosati’s, I’m done with you now. Among my prior complaints is that they deliver late – hours later than promised, not minutes. And then the food arrives cold. Given the Covid disruptions, I chalked up their troubles to that and made allowances. I quit ordering for delivery and have since instead always picked up my orders. On delivery, the store manager fed me one story; the front desk staff gave me another; and the driver yet a third – but what was clear was that there was friction between the drivers and the store. Today, I ordered lunch for me and a business associate. We went to pick up our lunch. A to go package was handed to me, which I didn’t realize was necessary to open and inspect before leaving. Getting back to the office, I found that the side order items were missing from the order – plus the main items were missing ingredients. I’d ordered through their website because I’ve given up placing phone orders (they put you on hold and never return before the call the is disconnected.) Their website is flawed – promo codes for example NEVER work. But I’ve ordered today’s lunch items a number of times on the website and never had trouble. However, today, I was told the reason my order didn’t have the items I’d selected was that I’d selected ‘no BBQ sauce’ on an Italian Beef sandwich. I stated there was no option involving BBQ sauce – I’d selected the peppers I wanted added. I didn’t receive them. Plus, the selected side was missing (for which they admitted that was their error.) Asking how to make it right – could I get a credit rather than driving back (cost of my time and gas) I was informed that the side items were free and therefore no credits could be given – there was nothing they could do – except for me to drive back to pick them up. That is an unacceptable response as far as I’m concerned. It’s not the first time they’ve not adequately addressed their errors in fulfilling orders. So no more orders from this customer. I’ll not be doing any more business with this location. Too bad – because I like the food.
