We love this place. Food is super yummy and service is great. Even this it’s a bit out of our way from Cape May. The drive is totally worth it. We ordered the Peruvian chicken which was so tasty along with the garlic shrimp, shrimp, and roast oysters. My hubby ordered the steak which was amazingly delusion. Perfectly done!!! I highly recommend you to check this place out. I think you will like it. We will be back Rubia and thank you !

My wife and I decided to try this new spot out last week. They accommodated our reservation request and had a high chair ready at the table for our baby. We could not decide what to order so we got a little bit of everything and every dish came out so fast! The service was amazing and all of the food was top notch. If you are thinking of going to Springers for ice cream after, skip it and get the Fried Cheesecake instead. You will not be disappointed! We will definitely be returning to Rubia.

Absolutely incredible! We had 7 different tapas and they all were delicious and so unique. Everyone in the restaurant was so kind and made it such an enjoyable dining experience. I can’t wait to be back and try even more on the menu!

We tried most of the tapas. We recommend beef empanadas, mussels were very tender, octopus, Brie, Peruvian chicken and the pork belly was outstanding. We order two orders of the corn ribs because they were so good. The scallops were the highlight of the evening! Staff and owner was exceptional. Great service!

Replaces a long-time Stone Harbor family restaurant. Stylish interior. Tapas style place now which was hit and miss. Mussels and corn were great No particular thought put into sauces accompanying the plates.

This place is awesome! The food and service are outstanding. We went Sunday night and noticed that the staff works well as a team… they really have done something special in Stone Harbor! Rubia ranks as one of the best tapas restaurants I’ve ever been to… right here in South Jersey! Bring your friends and a couple bottles of your favorite wine and enjoy the great tastes.

Went to Rubia this Saturday with a small group. BYOB. The service was outstanding. AND THE FOOD IS INCREDIBLE. The Cuban Cigar is really good but so is everything else. We each ordered 3-4 things off the menu and shared. Rubia is so good that it may be difficult to get a reservation at the peak of the summer. Loved it
