This was supposed to be open for twenty minutes. 5-7 minutes of standing in line a staff member told me I had to leave because they were closed. The couple in front of me arrived at the same time I did. Maybe it was the way I looked or something along that line. That’s how it felt to me. This was one of two horrible experiences I had that visit. The other was at the Tap Room. I did make a friend that night. A tiny Asian granny. Those big heavy glass MGM entrance doors are extremely heavy. Especially for a tiny very granny lady. So of course I opened both doors for her. She was very appreciative and stated asking me about what I was going to play. We talked for a second then another older lady asked me if I could go ask the Metro disability bus driver if he was there for Miss Jackson. I let her know that he said no. The poor lady had been there who knows how long. Would have been nice for someone from the casino or something would have assisted her further. It was very late and dark out. That’s why I’m guessing she didn’t decide to drive her power chair outside. She must have not felt safe?

This place was .. ok. The most disappointing aspect was my let down when I received my bacon avocado burger. The sign advertising this delicacy had my mouth watering. Then as reality synchronized with my expectations, I became downtrodden. The overall MGM experience is lacking. No food in the casino. Come on. In the future, if I do return to the MGM. I’ll not eat at Shake Shack. Reason for 3 stars is at least they had decent beer.

I’m currently sitting here having lunch and the crew is amazing from the moment I walked in to the end. Shack, who came by my table periodically was awesome! Very personable and sweet! You definitely have a great one on your team. We’re quick to leave bad reviews when the experience isn’t the best but not as quick with the good reviews but this experience was great and needed to be appreciated out loud! Ordering at the kiosk, you are required to type in your name so that they can text/call you when your order is ready. Also, it says that they “will bring your order to your table” when it is ready. I did not get my order brought to my table (nor did any other customers there) and they also did not call me by name when my order was ready. However, I did note that everyone else was being called by name so I’m not certain what that was all about. Also, one of the employees decided to come over and wipe off my table, while I was still sitting there, drinking. It’s not so much that I minded him cleaning off the table but I DID mind the fact that he chose to do this, while I’m still there, obviously trying to enjoy my order, and he did not even bother to excuse himself or even ask me if I would mind him cleaning off the table while I was still sitting there. Otherwise, the drink that I ordered was very good
