Food I got smelled wrong like there was something spoiled. I ate a couple bites before I really realized and immediately felt sick. Tried to talk to them about it but they ignored me. Panda locations are usually good. Not this one.

Servings are relatively reduced compared to outside Panda Express restaurants, never have I ever paid for a refill at Panda and this location charges for it. Sorry but I’d rather take my money somewhere else.

Terrible sevice. People working there have a bad attitude and very rude! I was there at 4:50 pm. There was no Kung pao chicken. I asked them to make more because that’s what I wanted to order. I was told that they WON’T make any more because they close at 6pm. That is over an hour away. I asked to speak with a manager and was told there was no manager on duty. No wonder the workers are so rude and not taking care of customers, there’s no one there supervising them. What kind of idiot doesn’t schedule a manager to make sure that the restaurant is being properly run??? Don’t waste your time, go eat somewhere else. Panda Express obviously doesn’t want your business!

I ordered orange chicken and 1 side of rice and a large diet coke at about 5 p.m. I arranged for it to be delivered at 7 p.m. It arrived via Door DASH on time but stone cold. The restaurant is right across the street. Via tracking, it was picked up and delivered to me within about 8 minutes. There is no reason it should have been cold. It must have been sitting out for 2 hours. It was also a very tiny amount of food. 1/4 cup of rice and 6 small pieces of chicken for a total of 17.57. That cost included a 3.95 del charge,1.14 tax and a 2.08 tip. What a waste of $.

Never has super greens or teriyaki chicken, hasn’t had bottled water or even water in a cup in almost a month. This used to be a “go to” food spot in the mall for healthy food. I’ve watched over the last 6 months as this location slipped into bad habits and lack of stock of pretty much anything at any time of day.

Very good Chinese food, fast! The spicy shrimp, beef broccoli, cashew chicken are great. They offer noodles, white and brown rice as well as mixed steamed veggies as a base. You can pick a base, and choose 2 or 3 entrees or a bowl. Egg rolls and won tons are available. Always tasty, fresh made with no thick brown sauces. They will gives tastes as requested. Drinks available, as well as fortune and almond cookies. Very reasonably priced, with gift certificates available. Love this place!
