Although I got there at 12:05, there really was no wait. I was tickled to get through so quickly. The gentleman making my burrito seemed new, but he was very kind and I was patient for his learning curve. The staff were smiling and very courteous. The place was clean and neat. All those things are important to me . And of course, when they welcome you to Moe’s, they serve you hearty portions.

This used to be a great place to eat. Unfortunately, this location has gone way downhill. The chicken was dry and tasteless. Many of the great toppings they had no longer exist, like cucumbers and chopped tomatoes and some others.

Super frustrating at Moe Monday. First it is Moe Monday and I loaded my Moe Monday coupon and they did not except it. The cashier was lost and could not figure how to complete the coupon. I spoke to another worker(very heavy Spanish accent)…still they did nothing. I had my daughter with me so I scaled back major time.

Ordered two chicken bowls. Once we got to the toppings section the guy was very skimpy . I had to ask for more topping each time he added something. He was also putting the wrong toppings on the wrong bowls. The screen on the drink machine was covered in dried up soda. Booths and tables were not wiped down. The rice and black beans were so salty I couldn’t even eat it. This meal was definitely not worth $32. I see why they have a 94.5 sanitation rating.

My favorite thing to do is leave a great review but it’s not going to happen here! First of all this place is dirty. Tables aren’t clean, the salsa was all gone, the person taking payment rang up 2 drinks I didn’t order and rolled his eyes when I said I didn’t want drinks. My order was to go. The burrito (my husbands food) had fallen out of the foil and came all apart. My food was so salty I couldn’t even eat it. Moe’s used to be so good. I’m done with giving it “one more chance.”

Went to Moe’s Southwest Grill for the first time today. I wasn’t expecting much BUT I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED! My husband was happy too and he’s a picky eater. The restaurant was clean, tables wiped and women’s bathroom was clean and stocked. The food was great! I’m really surprised at the current rating. Five stars for everything.

My family and I went here for dinner, and the service was terrible. No welcome to Moe’s, no smiles or conversation. Tyrique was our first point of contact, and his demeanor was terrible. We paid $65 for a bowl, 2 kids taco meals, and a quesadilla (with barely a scoop of chicken and when I asked for just a little more he said it would cost but wasn’t sure how much, at least $2). Barely 1/4 bag of chips. The cashier must have asked me, the customer, what our order was at least 4 times. We will not be returning to this location.

Last time coming to this location. It is EXTREMLY depressing the only guy who I was able to enjoy speaking with is the guy who greeted us and started the order. Everyone else was rude, snobby, and had horrible attitudes. The girl being trained on the register also needs to be trained how to give customer service and at least be a little nice

I watched an employee blow her nose (right next to the hand wash station behind the grill) but she didn’t wash her hands. She decided to take her germs to the salsa station. Afterwards, she circled back around to the grill and just shoved a pair of gloves on like she wasn’t just blowing mucus everywhere. If your employees are going to skip the important step of hand washing please at least train them NOT to do it openly where customers can see them. Thanks!!!
