Food was ok. Not great. Bread had decent flavor, but a weird chewy consistency. Like a bread flavored yoga mat. Prices are crazy high for the quality of food you are getting. Sandwich combo with an extra side of fries was $23.00. Will not be returning.

Ordered two sandwiches to go. Got home only to find out they made me just one. My receipt reflects being charged for two. Angry and tired of incompetent workers. It wasn’t even busy. I should have double checked my sack. But really?? Not even a large order. Beware people. Watch your orders and double check.

They were serving French fries in a styrofoam cup, I don’t know if it’s common practice, but inevitably the cups fall and fries were everywhere. The manager wouldn’t give me a new one even though it’s on them. Ridiculous!!!

Extremely rude I can agree 100% with each and every negative comment that is on here. I’m sitting at the food court after ordering, still in shock and disbelief of how bad the customer service is here. The man at the register (doesn’t have a name tag but he has tattoos and a hat on) took my order while sitting his behind on the counter with his half body turned away from me, never gave any eye contact and mumbled the whole time like I was ordering. It was like I was bothering him on his day off. I honestly don’t know how someone like this can hold a job specially in customer service. Not only was his whole attitude trash but his behind should not be touching the counters at all. It is urgent that this be changed because this is just unbelievable and it is not what I want to see or experience when I come and enjoy a good shopping experience and a good meal with my family. In addition as a local resident it is very embarrassing that other people who come from far to this outlet mall get to see these type of behavior which can leave someone with the worst impression of this place. I will be contacting corporate .

Charlie’s is a pretty good place to get a bite to eat if you’re looking for something a little different than your normal chain restaurants even though it is a chain restaurant it still is a little different for us because we don’t eat there on a regular basis. the service is good at this location and so is the food it was nice and hot and tasted fresh.

Every time I come to Charley’s , I get a welcome greeting. I love coming here during my breaks. I have enough time to come over get my food and be able to enjoy my meal. The pepperoni cheese stake is absolutely amazing.
