My pizza was significantly cold, the medium pizza slices looked like a small. The delivery driver was rude. He sent text messages in a yelling fashion using exclamation points in his text and texting “hello” after texting less than one minute prior to request the gate code. He also left my pizza on the ground, did not knock on my door and sent me a text message to tell me my pizza is “out front.” I will not be ordering from here again.

I got the parmesan crusted papadilla, it looks like there was some leftover parmesan on the station when they made mine and they called it good enough. The pizza I also got was barely cooked, the dough was still gummy in sections

Worst customer service. 1st and last time. Whoever worked on Dec 20th night were definitely not happy. They all showed it. Us paying customers were the ones that had to suffer. I tried to pay cash and I was told I’d have to wait at least 10 mins to get change. I decided to pay with a card and even gave 15% tip! For nothing! Lady actually yelled at me for asking for garlic sauce! I was appalled. Told family and friends not to go to Papa John’s..not worth it!

I used to only eat papa John’s when I would get pizza but they’ve changed a lot since. The quality isn’t as good, it’s always super doughy even if you get thin crust. And don’t even bother getting their stuffed crust or stuffed crust with pepperoni… There’s barely any cheese, they don’t even bother pl actually putting pepperoni in the crust, and it’ll cost you $26. Just go to pizza hut. Their stuffed crust is way better and it’ll only set you back about $18. Papa John’s just isn’t worth it anymore.

My Husband and I have ordered here multiple times. The last 3 times were not great. Everything was either over or under cooked and just tasted sub par. I ordered today for the last time and it was just gross. The pizza was soggy and the cheese was hardly melted. I want to contact corporate and get my money back because $40 pizza should at least taste good. Hoping a manager sees this. Don’t order from here!!!!!!!! Go elsewhere.

OMG! Haven’t had Papa John’s in a minute. It was soooo good! Ordered it before my Fam asked for a ride across town… ugh. Took me 20 minutes off schedule. But, Papa had my pizzas still hot ! Manager named Olso or something like that is not very nice. I called to let them know they sent me an expired 2 liter bottle of Pepsi and he was pretty rude about it. Then he hung up on me. Called back. Got a female employee who ended up refunding me for the entire order, but by that time it was too late. This guy actually told me to bring the expired soda back to the store for a refund. Then hung up. Sad to know that he is the manager. Domino’s here I come
