They want $7.89 for 3 tiny “chicken tenders” and about 12 limp cold undercooked french fries. I added onion rings and that was $3.89 for 4 and 1/2 hard onion flavored rubber ovals, the real kicker was when they asked what kind of sauce I wanted I said bbq and honey mustard I was told that only 1 was included the additional sauce tablespoon amount would be extra.???

Of course, all I wanted was a Blizzard and they screwed it up. I did not order chocolate ice cream, but that’s what I got. And that’s being kind. It wasn’t ice cream, it had the consistency of spoiled chocolate milk. No wonder the kids put it in a to-go bag. If they had flipped it upside down they would have had to mop the floor. Of course, I realized this all too late to be worth it to go back and complain. Isn’t that how fast food always works? Will never return to this location again.

Called over the phone to place a cake order where I spoke to Sharon the cake decorator and owner. When I asked for bubble letters on my 8″ cake for my son’s school graduation, she told me she couldn’t do it bc it would look ugly. I asked for other alternatives where she told me she offered only cursive. She mentioned she did other fonts but couldn’t describe or explain them to me. Her tone was nasty, short, and uncaring. I asked for a manager, and she proceeded to tell me that she was the manager and owner. I said that I was going to leave a review then. That’s when she sarcastically told me that she would make sure to “make my cake real pretty”. And, I then asked her…. “are you going to make my son’s cake ugly?” where she proceeded to tell me something along the lines of me saying I was going to leave her a bad review. At the end of the day, I went to another Dairy Queen who had no problem with my order and writing the message in bubble letters. I was not asking for a masterpiece, but something that would not make the cake plain as I was only doing streamers and confetti on the cake border. Very sad on how I was treated. I ‘ve never been there, but I don’t plan on it if they treat their customers this way. The owner probably doesn’t even care.

Flamethrower burger was actually very good and resembles the menu picture. Girl at counter was very pleasant. Server person (guy) just slid the tray on the table (a few fries fell onto the table) and mumbled something.

This place was made up super fun for Halloween with so many decorations. They really got into it. I will warn anyone who scares easily though, you couldn’t enter the building from either door without activating something.
