So no one wears gloves, the black guy was eating while preparing food for customers , and the white girl in the picture was picking her nails over the flour. Why aren’t they wearing nets?, as a couple of them used their hands to push their hair back while over the food. Also every counter was dirty and I was the only customer.

Went in here to grab a bite to eat before seeing a concert at the Roxy. The kid that waited on us, swept the floor aggressively right outside our booth we were sitting in and about five minutes later comes back slapping mop water all over while we’re eating unbelievable it was 8 o’clock they don’t even close until nine. Would never set foot in here again. Gave us our food was missing my coleslaw, barbecue sauce. How do you screw up something so simple.

This branch does not care about the quality of the chicken. I ordered last week and chicken pieces were barely breaded. Also some pieces were not cooked well. I called the branch and spoke to the manager to complain but the manager kept arguing that they are confident nothing is wrong with the chicken even after sending pictures showing chicken pieces quality.

Overall really good. I scoffed at the price a bit for the 5 piece tender meal but once I saw the portion it made sense. Huge portion on the fried mushrooms too. The biscuit is basically just a hamburger bun, but that’s not really the main attraction anyway.

Excellent food as usual. My team member ordered for the office. She ordered a little bit of everything including something I’d never tried. I think it was the chicken snack. Whatever batter they used on that was different than what they used on the regular chicken and the chicken tender. It was absolutely phenomenal. Anyway – great stuff it was.
