I love Chipotle but the new hires or the younger employees there are messy. There was a fly flying by our food while being prepared, they could not properly get the food together (burrito) and the cashier was on his phone on instagram and taking calls on their AirPods. They need better training and supervision. This was the afternoon shift on a Monday.

This is my fav location but the customer service is making this location go down. I made eye contact with a sever walking into today around 6pm (an Asian girl with black hair) stood in line and was not greeted or served! I stood in line for about five mins waiting for her to get done talking to her friend before I left. Mind you it wasn’t even busy and I was the ONLY person in line. Do better

Terrible experience. The portion is dismal. Gave me food like they have to pay for it themselves. $30 for 2 people’s lunch is hardly affordable. I understand shrinkflation but this is just ridiculous. Stay away from this and support small businesses.
