I really liked the food overall. I got 2 different sushi rolls (I can’t remember exactly what rolls I got) and they were pretty phenomenal! It was really filling and yummy! They have relatively fair prices and good service! I definitely recommend you try this place out and try out some sushi! My buddies got the hibachi steak and it was really good as well! Go try out Osaka!

The food really is top-notch here, especially when the sushi options of western Kansas are a touch limited. Went in here with my wife and my 2 younger kids for dinner. So my last visit and review told of feeling ignored, as our service was slower than others arriving after us. Today was even worse. The lady seating people tried to seat the group in line behind us before us. When both groups voiced our displeasure, she ignored us and did anyway. By the time our food arrived, almost all the groups that been behind us in line had been served, eaten, and left, and the line was about 30 minutes long. This is becoming a problem, as this is the second visit in a row that this has happened. I had previously rated as 4 star, but now the excellent food isn’t enough to offset the poor service, so I’m taking a star off.

For what they charge I expected so much more, the service was terrible, he forgot most everything we asked for, no dressing on the salads, no noodles that I paid for and the worst is that my wife is allergic to soy and so no sauce, he served her sauce, thank god we looked at it before she ate and asked, so that was recooked and they were not happy about. At the every end, the food was not that great and the place is not very clean, go to the rib join next door, I wish we had!!

This is 2nd time we come here, and our service was horrible! We wait 20-30 minutes and no one acknowledged us and or waited on us! And the worst part of it they saw us get up and leave and they all staff went to hide in the Kitchen.. worst staff ever!!

We ordered two hibachi dinners that came with soup or salad. The miso soup was okay, and the salad had way too much dressing. But the hibachi dinners were delicious and our waitress was friendly. It was our first time going and I would definitely go back to try some of the other dishes.
