I placed an order at 10:30pm because their website said they were open until midnight. My text/email was not getting any updates based on my order other than it was being made. I called the number for the store and spoke to 3 reps who told me it was being delivered and offered to transfer me to the store to speak to them. No one at the store ever answered. I saw my account was refunded on its own, but why would I repeatedly be told my pizza was on the way?

They didn’t even cut the bread sticks to make them bread sticks any there wasn’t and seasoning on the ” bread sticks “. I felt like my order was rushed and not to mention the food was cold.

Pretty terrible experience and I don’t post alot of reviews. Wasn’t ready when it said it was supposed to be, by a long shot. Location was overstaffed and they still couldn’t figure out what was going on or where our order was after going in multiple times even though policy says to wait in car. Some staff was also maskless if you care about that as well…we had a small, simple order is it too hard to just make a pizza and some wings on time?

The food was ready on time, hot items were hot, cold items were prebagged and ready (and cold). The cashier was very friendly, offered us cheese or pepper and obliged my request for plates. Store was clean. Great experience.

I went during the afternoon with my younger sister, and the service was absolutely amazing! Everyone treated us with such kindness and the food was made within’ a reasonable time and superrr delicious! The manager really knew how to keep the store organized and everyone satisfied, I’ll definitely be coming back.
