I have not been to Arby’s since they took the fish sandwich off the menu. However, now they have fish strips, and they taste delicious. The staff was very professional with great customer service. The decor is a little outdated but that’s OK because the food is good.

Nice refreshing change from the McDonald’s fast-food. It appears done is closed. But drive thru was open. Order taker was very patient as I went thru menu on display board. I went with the Original Chicken and Curly fries. Both were freshly made. They were hot but not to hot. Just the right amount of lettuce,mayo and tomatoes. Chicken was nice and meaty with the right amount of moisture. I give this Arby’s two thumbs up in Germantown on County line Rd.

I ordered a crispy chicken with Swiss cheese and bacon and asked that they didn’t include lettuce or tomatoes. They messed it up and the chicken breast looked as though it came from an anorexic chicken. The sandwich was warm at best.

The cook put the sandwiches together & “threw” them into the sandwich holders.The person putting the orders together had to rewrap the sandwiches. The curly fries were nothing but broken fried pieces. Oh and they weren’t warm.When they called my name for pickup, my order was on a tray,except it was to be a carryout! The person then huffed and tossed my items in a bag.Hmmm…do you think that she should’ve said goodbye.

Arby’s is okay. Their chicken sandwiches use to be so good back in the day and now they are bad. They need to get a new hand breaded chicken sandwich. The food in general has went down. The curly fries are bomb and that peach lemonade is delicious. The lemondae cup especially the large is a rip off. That large cup is really a medium. Make sure that your shakes has flavor and not tasting like just vanillaceven though I got a mocha coffee shake. Stop playing Arby’s!!! I have noticed that they changed all their fry and drink sizes. Also if I am waiting on my food longer than usual I would like my food HOT, not luke warm.When you change things make sure it keeps your customer happy.

I know finding employees right now is hard but, if you are supposed to be open at 10:00 am and are the manager at work. You need to be opening the store and running it yourself.
