I got the pollo rancho… That is the best food I have gotten, anywhere in north or south Carolina. Thin chicken was still moist, it had so much flavor, everything was fresh. Rice and beans were amazing. My dinner was so good, and popped, my wife wanted to order it again the next day. I was a chef for years. This one meal was the best take out, I have ever gotten. We have eaten here 3 times. One would not expect to find such a nice restaurant in a small town. It would be well worth it to travel from neighboring cities to give Plaza Maya a try. You’ll love it!

The food here is good. My family and I enjoyed our dinner, however each time it was wrong. It’s upsetting when you do pick up and employees are seated, yet your food is wrong. (And not packed) The waitress called my order back out, however put it in the computer wrong.

This is the best food I’ve had in this state. The carnitas tacos Mexicanos street style are amazing! The only thing that isn’t authentic is the amount of meat on these tacos. It’s three times bigger than a typical street taco! I barely finished 3 tacos with rice beans. And the pork carnitas are so juicy your taco will be dripping. I was ready to fly back to Arizona for good tacos. Plaza Maya saved the day!
