They didn’t know the correct way to prepare the frozen strawberry lemonade or even a simple iced coffee. Both tasted as though way too much flavoring syrup jad been used. The strawberry lemonade had no strawberry taste although it was a faint pink color. The iced coffee barely had any cream, ordered it extra cream, so much caffeine I couldn’t drink it. Believe me, I’ve enjoyed Dunkin Donuts iced coffee from other locations for years without incident.

Everytime I order my usual here, cold brew 3 cream, 3 hazelnut swirl. I always end up with hazelnut flavor shot instead. Tastes bitter and gross. I show them the online order receipt and they correct it. But this time the kid who made it wrong slammed the coffee down and yelled out what it was. Really? Who’s fault is it that you can’t read the order correctly? Not mine dude! Pay attention. It’s DD, you make $11 an hour.
