Ordered bbq wings and got this instead, they claimed ppl were complaining about soggy wings well if I wanted plain wings I’d have ordered plain wings I didn’t even get sauce on the side my pizza was lacking sauce as well.

They always have my take out/pick up order ready on time and I love that I get to see the progress they are making on their pizza tracker on the app and website. The specials they offer take a lot off the price and their thick cheese and supreme pizzas are delicious! The banana pepper and spicy garlic set it apart from other places and even the wings here are good. The papadillas-especiallf the Italian, are great and are only $7. I love that I accumulate “Papa dough” to use as money for future orders on their website.

awful service. I have waited for more than 40 minutes at the store after I placed a pick up order 20 minutes ago. it took a whole hour to make a small pizza and it had ingredients I didn’t even ask for. it was very disgusting never going back again… if you can’t handle that much customers u gotta rethink about ur business model.

The worst ever. I waited 4 hours for a cold, hard crisp pie dough we ith hardly any cheese. I recommend pizza hunt. They even put garlic and herb butter on the outside crust. Papa johns is a lie, there a total scam when it comes to 20 year old management heroes. They hire and b promote kids to do the a lame b franchise the dirty work. I order from this location all the time. However, tonight was the first time they made a mistake on their end. My 5 topping large pizza had 4 toppings instead of 5 so I had to call and let them know their mistake. I spoke to the manager (forgot his name) and he was very helpful. He apologized for their mistake and offered to replace the pizza for me. He also explained their policy so if I had anymore issues in the future. It was such a relief to experience a manger that displayed good customer service. Couldn’t be happier for my experience

I ordered 3 pizzas at 7:45ish today. About 40 minutes later I received 2 pizzas. I called the store two times to speak with a manager. He apologized as they forgot to send out all 3, and told me they’d remake the one that was left and give us the original for free, and that it would take about 30-40 minutes to arrive. Nearly an hour later (55-60 minutes after the first call) I called back asking where the pizza was, as it had not arrived. The manager told me it was out the door, and apologized as the staff threw away the other pizza thinking it was trash. There was no offer to comp my purchase, but rather the offer for a free pizza in the future.

Ordered a pizza at work @6:16pm didn’t receive it until 8:21… because of their driver grab the wrong order..call and talk to manager to see if we could get a discount of any kind, sense it wasn’t or fault there was nothing he could do but make a fresh pizza.. very dissatisfied will not be ordering anything else from them…..
