Today went in and the person running the register was not capable to handle the job. He could not keep track of orders and while I was waiting he asked my name and said I don’t have any order for you. Get that resolved and a little later said the order was ready and then gave me the wrong pizza and didn’t even remember if I had even paid for the order.

The floors are so darn messy and this restaurant smells like a swamp every unfortunate time I have entered to grab a pizza for my kids. Somebody needs to mop. Uniforms are trashy and need to be washed. I dont want no people looking like they came out of a mine to make my pizza

This place now has to resort to stealing to make it’s quota, I guess! I was charged $5.25 for a “Make it stuffed crust” which is only $3, when I complained about it, I was harassed to believe it was a charge for it plus additional toppings, when I didn’t get ANY extra toppings, even the manager was trying to get me to accept the $2.25 additional cost, when I made him either reimburse me for it or cancel and refund my money, he changed his mind, just before I was about to call the law. This place has no real management, it’s run Willy Nilly and people just put up with it! Food is NEVER ready, NEVER on time, sometimes burnt, or undercooked. During the busiest times it’s even worse and they’ll only have 1 incompetent person waiting on customers!

Every time I go into this location for lunch the employee Loki ALWAYS has a smile on his face no matter how busy they are. He’s so polite and efficient & always make you feel welcome. I want to also mention how great Ms.Venita is as well, she’s always smiling and she also makes you feel welcome. They’re both a great asset to this business. I always want to add that this restaurant is always clean!

Today’s March 12th 2022 they closed early due to the snow I picked my order up at 8:30pm I’m guessing they closed at 9 my Italian cheese bread was nothing but dough underneath I tried calling to speak to a manager around 8:50pm and no answer that’s absolutely disappointing and disgusting considering my kids were about to eat it.

On July 8 2022 me and my wife went to the Clinton Little Caesars pizza and after what happened to us tonight we believe that the store charges whatever they want! And I’ll tell you why let’s start with the dipping sauces for example and I did check other Little Caesars locations and they all told me the dipping sauces were $.59 apiece or two for a dollar The Clinton store charged me $1.65 for 2 that’s almost $.82 cents a piece almost double what they’re supposed to cost! Now onto the pizza I purchased a sausage stuffed crust pizza and was charged almost $12 for it! There was no extra toppings whatsoever and also it had very little sausage on it! We will not be returning to this store! We will be going to the Rocky Top location from now on!
