I’m giving a 1-star review to the Chick-fil-A at Grady Hospital. My experience was extremely disappointing – they didn’t have the items I wanted, and the setup was confusing, especially for a newcomer like me. The staff’s attitude was as unfriendly as McDonald’s employees. I wouldn’t suggest this location to anyone.

Chick-fil-A is our very favorite fast food restaurant. We’re from Columbus and the Manchester Expressway Chick-fil-A is amazing. This is the reason we were so disappointed by the Suwanee Road store. We ordered grilled nuggets, which are on the receipt, but got fried ones. The kale salad included some wilted pieces and a large stem. Not our usual Chick-fil-A experience!
