I purchased ten pizzas worth of gift certificates for a fundraiser several months ago. Although the pizza is excellent, getting into the storefront within 30 minutes of closing is nearly impossible. The door is frequently locked before the posted closing time of 6 PM, although lights and music are still playing. Really a shame because I love their product.

I would do zero stars but it wouldn’t let me. I ordered pizzas for a party I was having at 5:00 pm on Sunday 12/11 online. The order was accepted, they took my payment and gave me a confirmation order number. When I went to pick it up 10 minutes later, the door was locked and the lights were off! The sign on the door said they were open until 6 but no one was there! So they got my money I didn’t get my pizzas.

They “close” at 6pm on a Friday and I got there at 5:50 and the doors were already locked and they saw me so I said it’s not even 6 o’clock yet!! The the girl shrugged her shoulders and said sorry! The kicker is She was making a pizza!!!

I bought two family pizzas. After which I saw there was coupons at the counter for buy one family pizza, get the second one 50% off or get a free medium cheese pizza with purchase of large or family. It would have been really nice if the employee had let us know about this before. A minute after I placed my order, I asked if I could add the coupon for additional free cheese pizza but the employee said no. I don’t understand this as it was literally a minute after we ordered and they hadn’t even finished making our pizzas yet. Employees didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. Won’t return to this location.

I generally enjoy this place but was dumbfounded when I walked in and there was my 2 liter of Mountain Dew placed on top of both of my pizzas. ‍♀️I even said something out loud when I walked in about there being a 2 liter on top of my pizzas but the boy didn’t say anything. There was room on the tray to place it next to the pizzas. I removed the 2 liter and there was a big indent which smooshed the sauce out the sides We are still trying to comprehend this one.
